Nene Construction Management Services Ltd. is a Peterborough based Chartered Building Consultancy, established in 1996, operating throughout Eastern England in such regions as Peterborough, Cambridgeshire, Bedfordshire and Norfolk. Our aim is to provide a comprehensive and professional management service to clients, designers and contractors within the construction industry.
Involvement with the industry for many years has given us experience across a wide range of construction practises: experience including enabling works and demolitions, commercial, industrial, leisure, educational and residential projects involving new build, refurbishment and restoration from small projects to multimillion pound projects and Contracts.
About Us
Nene Construction Management Services Ltd is a member of the Chartered Institute of Building, the Cambridgeshire Chamber of Commerce and supports Convert Training Ltd, a Cambridgeshire training group for the construction industry. All of our services from safety management and construction management services to supplying project managers, contract administrators and party wall surveyors are available throughout Peterborough, Cambridgeshire, Bedfordshire, Norfolk and other regions within the East of England.
Our Services
Nene Construction Management Services Ltd provides: Project Management and Contract Administration. Project Management and Contract Administration is a major part of our business and includes design and build, managing and leading project teams, project planning, cost management and control, and establishing and managing effective procurement chains. CDM Co-ordination and Health and Safety Management. CDM Co-ordination using competent and experienced personnel who advise and assist Clients with their duties and responsibilities under the Construction Design & Management Regulations 2007, and acting as CDM Co-ordinators. Also providing support to Contractors with the preparation of safety plans, method statements, risk assessments, site audits and assistance with on site health and safety management.
Party Wall Surveying
Our Cambridgeshire Chartered Building Consultants are experienced in construction projects and extensions that involve boundary walls/structures or party walls. They can help you with every stage of your construction plans including:
Providing initial free advice and assistance in serving notices. Advising you on the duties under the Party Wall etc. Act 1996. Acting as agreed party wall surveyor for both you and the adjoining owner/neighbour. Preparing and serving notices and awards. Carrying out condition surveys and issuing reports.
Business Planning and Development
Includes assistance and advice with preparing business plans, training and development plans and management control systems
