I used to have keyboard lessons as a child but had to stop the lessons due to work commitments. Now I have more time to dedicate to playing the keyboard/piano, I really wanted to start learning again. I already had a basic knowledge of music many years ago which Gary’s support has helped me to remember and develop. Initially I was very frustrated as I had forgotten how to read music but since beginning lessons again I feel I am starting to be able to read the music more easily meaning the flow of the song is not interrupted. Gary is a very calm and patient teacher which has been fantastic qualities in encouraging me to keep learning. I am really enjoying my lessons and Gary has helped me to break down practice in to smaller chunks so that I can fit this around working. Learning to play is a pleasure once again.
