We are a local company that offer something completely different from the norm, we have a custom built pit smoker and can cater for both small and large events.

We tend to smoke our famous 18 hour smoked Beef Brisket and our Floppy Chickens. (Whole de-boned stuffed chickens)

We are available for weddings, party's, anniversaries or any excuse for a party!
